Located in a quiet environment on the 2nd floor of the hotel, the compact and bright space is suitable for business meetings with invited guests and internal meetings.
The Cattleya can accommodate up to 35 people, making it ideal for recruitment briefings and small lectures, while the Menuette and Freesia are ideal for job interviews.
Cattleya: Square-shaped setup (16 seats)
Menuette: Face-to-face setup (8 seats)

Banquet party plan
We offer colorful dishes according to the season. It can be used for a wide range of purposes, including post-training get-togethers, welcome and farewell parties, and year-end and New Year parties.
- Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The menu changes with the seasons.
The photo shows the buffet with Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes. - The final number of guests can be changed up to two weeks prior to the event.

- All venues are by reservation only. Please note that we may not be able to accept changes to the time of day or extensions upon request on the day of the event.
- The reservation time for conferences includes preparation (setup) and reception.
- As we need to prepare, please order food at least two weeks in advance and setup equipment at least one week in advance. ※Please contact us for use outside of the hours from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
- All-day use is from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, including preparation and cleanup time.
- Banquets (stand-up dining parties) with 30 people or more can only be accommodated at Fuyo. The food will be served by our carefully selected partner companies.
- Please feel free to inquire about venue availability and layout.
- A 10% service fee will be added to the listed price.
